Looking for an exciting opportunity in UI/UX design? We are seeking a talented designer to join our team

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, create original graphic designs, and develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like as a finished product.

You will be responsible for illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, and for presenting rough drafts to product teams and key stakeholders.

**As a UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include**:

- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like as a finished product.
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Preparing and presenting rough drafts to product teams and key stakeholders.
- Iterating based on user feedback.
- Adhering and contributing to the our Design System.
- Actively participating in agile team activities such as providing input for story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Collaborating with colleagues from other disciplines to define UI/UX objectives & explore solution possibilities.
- Being an advocate for our users and for UX best practices.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience in visual user interface design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience with user-centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography and color, and web/mobile usability standards.
- Contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator across product owners and software engineers.
- Knowledgeable in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Ability to create clean, visually consistent designs.
- In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, and expert proficiency with Figma.
- Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes.
- Proficient knowledge of WCAG and ADA standards.
