A major international corporation dedicated to technology and digital business is seeking to recruit for the following position in Guadalajara, Mexico.

**Sr. Data Analyst***

**Position Objective**:

**-Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Product Teams to develop and implement cross-product data analytic strategies, with a key focus on e-commerce and tag architecture leveraging Google Analytics Suite.
- Establishing, maintaining, and evolving the website reporting and dashboards to include tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), traffic sources, and funnel behaviors.
- Providing in-depth and insightful custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings, derived from advanced analytical techniques.
- Analyzing web visitor performance, with a heavy emphasis on website flow-through and customer journeys, using advanced analytical tools.
- Conducting competitive digital and site analyses to identify and elevate key trends and insights.
- Analyzing data from multiple sources, using statistical techniques to proactively inform the product organization of more efficient solutions.
- Using advanced analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems and surface opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring all business KPIs and metrics are tracking and reporting correctly, such as ROAS, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, user acquisition, repeat order %, etc.
- Actively monitoring customer’s online behaviors to adjust and enhance tag capabilities for improved user experience and conversion.
- Recommending A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion, and conducting the necessary analysis of results to inform future decision-making.
- Contributing to standards for data collection across multiple front-end and mobile technology platforms, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conducting performance measurement to enable performance data sets (sales, units, customers, baskets, orders, trends, behavioral flows, UX metrics, other key KPIs, etc.) to drive online adoption and improve digital products.

**-Education**:

- Required - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Master’s degree preferred

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years digital marketing/e-commerce analytics, including:

- 2+ years of working with Google suite products - Analytics, FireBase, Tag Manager, BigQuery
- 3+ years working with dashboard tools like Tableau or Data Studio
- Experience with e-commerce and POS platforms.
- Recent experience using SQL to write queries, T-SQL experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understand the behavior and expectations of online customers.
- Experience with tag management through tools such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM.
- Experience with A/B, and split testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize.
- Working experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience working in a global team set up and multi-team collaboration environment.

**The position is based in Guadalajara. We will be utilizing a hybrid work model with in-office days and home-office days.**
