Serves as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, order processing, credits, promotions, incentives and procedures and assists in problem solving all issues.
- When necessary and appropriate, communicates pricing and product information to customers directly.
- Consults with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals and assists in developing and implementing policy and procedure changes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Completes administrative tasks as directed by Sales Operations management, which may include reviewing customer facing collateral material.
- Maintains and enhances internal Sales related communication systems.
- Conducts product, policy and sales tool training to sales professionals regarding content, pricing, and promotions.
- Serves as a consultant on best practices and knowledge sharing related to new products and promotions.
- May provide logístical support for national and regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
