**Responsibility**
An end user computing engineer is responsible for managing the product life cycle of all service-raised incidents (incident control) and all service requests (request control), requiring the use of knowledge management. In this role, you will also be responsible for informing customers on progress and advising on workarounds where necessary, as well as the support and maintenance of end user services.
**Activities**
- Maintain end user desktop, laptop, and mobile computer systems.
- Develop and maintain login scripts, utility scripts, and other tools using PowerShell, VBS, and other relevant programming languages
- Administration of end user computing solutions, including SCCM, Intune, and various technologies
- Support with end user mobile devices, including Apple & Samsung OS
- Support with mobile device management, including Office 365 MDM
- Produce, maintain and update technical documentation
**Required knowledge**
- Excellent understanding of current Mac OS and Windows 10+.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting network connectivity issues on Windows/Mac clients.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies.
- Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy at one level to troubleshoot problems encountered by the user.
**Competencies, skills and experience**:
- 2 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (for example: UNIX or Windows or Databases or Mainframe)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerQuery highly desirable)
- Good organization and planning skills
- Strong communication and document processing skills.
- Desirable Advanced level of English. Technical English is required.
- Expert in troubleshooting and customer service
- Ease of responding to multiple scenarios and highly dynamic work environments
- Interested in constantly updating your knowledge
- Proactive
- Teamwork.
- Highly motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment.
- Desire to learn and grow with a team of security access professionals.
**Salary**: Up to $29,879.67 per month
