IBP Financial Data Specialist
Join the K Family in Queretaro, Mexico, as an Integrated Business Plan Financial Data & Insights Specialist, responsible for optimizing supply chain financial processes, maximizing cost savings, and enhancing strategic planning across Latin America with a focus on long and short-term financial visibility and sufficiency. This position is part of the locate for your day Kellanova’s hybrid way of working that empowers office-based employees to, in partnership with their managers, find a balance between working from home and the office.

You will be part of the Latin America’s Planning and Saving Cost Analysis team in the

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate and consolidate savings reporting for Cost Savings in Latin America, ensuring alignment with P&L and setting ambitious targets. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the E2E Cost Optimization Senior Manager in the sufficiency plan.
Support FP&A efforts by meticulously reconciling Cost Savings variations and maintaining data consistency.
Actively participate in (Integrated Business Plan) IBP forums, delivering strategic planning for both long and short-term results and providing crucial visibility to leadership team.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Possess strong analytical skills, excel proficiency, and the ability to manage databases effectively.
Demonstrate customer service excellence and a steadfast commitment to financial visibility.
Showcase a proven track record in process automation and enhancing reporting capabilities.
Previous experience in reporting tools such as Anaplan, BPC, Cognos, IBM tools.
