**Role & Responsibilities**
- ERP System
- Key team member of the ERP system.
- Working knowledge of Intuitive ERP System, with full understanding of a manufacturing environment.
- BOM Setup
- MRP
- Inventory
- Creation of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Financial System
- Must have a clear understanding of database management and how it is managed.
- Train end users or technical support staff to use ERP system and enhancements.
- Continuous improvement to processes and practices with new ideas, concepts, methods, and technologies.
- Responsible for making sure ERP system is appropriately backed up.
- Writes and maintains documentation to describe enhancements and customizations.
- Main resource for preparing and implementing dashboards and reports as required.
- Administration of test and production environments as it relates to the ERP System.
- Will professionally and positively work directly with third party vendors while representing the integrity and reputation of East West
- Sometimes willing to work non-typical work weeks and weekends.
- ERP Security / Accounts
- Create and Maintain Security Roles for the ERP Environment by employee positions.
- Manage new user accounts and setups.
- ERP Design
- Designs and develops enhancements that automate specific business processes.
- Ensure current data structure and new enhancements maintain data integrity.
- Design reports using SSRS.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
- Data modeling and business process modeling skills strongly preferred.
- Define integration development objectives by analyzing user requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements; envisioning system features and functionality and making pragmatic recommendations on enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership and implementation of best practices.

**Preferred Education, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university in Computer Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Database Administration or related program. Two (2) years of programming/development experience, preferably in manufacturing. Exemplary technical and business assessment skills to evaluate strategic value of technology systems, data solutions and work processes to serve employees and customers. Should have full SQL query language knowledge and SSRS Reporting design. Azure data warehouse knowledge and Power BI development a plus.**Physical Demands**
