This position report directly to Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for coordinating any and all duties required to maintain the Machinery & Equipment of production lines to acceptable quality standards.

Provide primary purchasing support for all vendor contracts and Mainteance related supplies. Support Maintenance project management as assigned. Interface with vendors/purchasing to support operations.

Identify, develop and administer required department training programs.

Maintain documentation system, Main schedule of PM Program, PM routines, work orders, Quality systems. Maintain documentation for HSE and as required.

Develop and implement Preventative Maintenance Programs and manage the Work orders in the MVP plant Software.

Be sure of the correct Function of the M&E thru the Maintenace Performance Audit of PM´s

Managment of the Main PM´s Matrix or the Annual Schedule of the Preventative Maintenance

The Maintenance Leader is the owner of TPM Strategy implementation and give Impulse with the Kaizen Smiths Lean Program.

Establish and develop the SAM (Maintenance Management System) based in the MVP Plant Software

Monitor and track OEE, MTTR and MTBF indicators to suggest improvement ideas in order to increase OEE

Coordinate TPM meetings with managers of the operational, quality and engineering areas on machinery and equipment where the TPM strategy has been developed or implemented.

It relates to Mechanics and Operators, providing training to promote a sense of belonging to teams and processes.

It ensures that the preventive plans are being developed in a timely manner as indicated by the main Mtto matrix and with regard to audits managed by the Quality department.

He is responsible for preparing and managing the spending budget for each of the TPM events that take place.

Audit that preventive maintenance is carried out according to the maintenance routine, include in this audit a verification of the last corrective maintenance registered.

Document the improvements detected in the root cause analysis in the preventive maintenance procedures through the Agile system, to avoid recurrence.
