**Sales Engineer - Northwest Mexico (Based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua)**

**Location**: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico (mandatory residence or willingness to relocate)
**Travel**: Frequent travel within the Northwest Mexico area

**Mission**
Develop new business in the area, finding new opportunities and customers, and follow up on different accounts.

**Responsibilities**
- Scouting new potential customers and opportunities.
- Identifying the correct contacts within company structures.
- Increasing the number of sales in the Northwest area.
- Opening the market and identifying different accounts handled by competitors.
- Identifying opportunities to participate and collaborate with the sales engineering office to prepare proposals.
- Presenting offers to customers and following up until getting an order.
- Establishing relationships with new customers.
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.

**KPI’s**
- Sales & Orders.
- Overdues follow-up.
- Customer identification.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Performance oriented.
- Proactive, energized, and determined.
- Sales background experience preferred.
- Knowledge related to plastic transformation and industry processes required.
- Knowledge regarding downstream equipment and auxiliary units required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales of auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to travel most of the time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers.
- **Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.**:

- **Valid passport and U.S. visa required.**
