As CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements by meeting time and cost indicators.

You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**
- New Purchase Order lead and follow up through the supply chain.
- Increase and efficiency inventory levels.
- To collaborate on the consolidation and improve of freights.
- Support the service structure on the logistics of samples, equipment, and panels, to customers or within PPG locations.
- Manage Demand Tool and coordinate with Service structure the accurate use of the tool to secure materials availability.
- Validate the customer requirement forms and make sure the sales and service structure fill the information accurately to the system.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- MRP or ERP systems knowledge (SAP, ORACLE)
- + 2 supply chain experience.
- Proficient English.
