**About Us**: Medical Departures Inc. is the world leader in finding and booking global doctors & dentists with a network of +6000 clinics/hospitals & +10,000 doctors/dentists in 39 different countries. As Medical Departures’ Partnership Manager you are responsible for finding and signing contracts with new medical clinics/hospitals in Mexico. Your job is to inform medical clinics in Mexico about the value of partnering with Medical Departures. **BENEFITS**: **SALARY**:Base salary $1,200 USDollar per month **Commission**:$250-$5,000 USD per month (depends on sales performance) **BENEFITS 100%** remote work, healthcare allowance, mobile & internet allowance, unlimited sick & vacation days, maternity/paternity **HIRING STATUS **Contractor (Full Time) / 2 Month probation time **About the role**: We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets. **Responsibilities**: - Identify, develop and manage client relationships with a focus on generating new business opportunities, networking, and cold-calling - Support Medical Departure’s goal to find the largest number of high-quality medical clinics in Mexico have medical contracts signed quickly and efficiently to hit company’s target - Responsibilities of meeting & beating sales quota, sales funnels etc. - Collaborate with the Inside sales team to create effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets & exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual sales quotas - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partner clinics through regular communication via phone call, whatsapp, social media or any other platform according to requirement and follow-up to ensure long-term partnerships - Drive a sales funnel from prospect, to partner, partner to premium partner - Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities - Comfort starting the month at zero and working smarter, not harder to deliver tangible results to hit commission tiers consistently - Maintain accurately and up-to-date sales records and reports document, tag, create follow-up tasks every interaction with prospects and partner clinics into the CRM tool - Conduct presentations via google slides and product demonstrations to prospect clinics (stakeholders) - Manage the entire sales process. Focused on building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and providing them with compelling reasons to choose the company's products or services. - Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings - Post notable Latin America medical clinic updates to Medical Departures FaceBook, Instagram Google+ and Twitter pages - Attend conferences, trade shows and networking events to generate leads and develop business opportunities **Requirements**: - 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management - Top sales performer in past sales organizations - Expectation to hit quotas starting in month #2 after hiring - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities**need to have** - Fluent in English (verbal and written) *need-2-have* - Excellent in Spanish *need-2-have* - Strong communication skills,interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. **need to have** - Will require working nights/weekends to hit sales deliverables (quotas, targets)..this is not a 9-5pm job - Excellent listening and writing skills - 40+ WPM typing ability - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships**need to have** - Strong presentation and negotiation skills**need to have** - Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management. - Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), Chat (Whasapp, Telegram) - Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools. - International travel experience **nice to have** - Ability to travel > 20% of the time with **need to have** - Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical/dental procedures & terminology **nice to have** - Early/late availability, according to the requirement **EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT**: - High speed internet & mobile connectio
