DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTO: SUPERVISOR DE LOGÍSTICA INVERSA

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO
- El Supervisor de Logística Inversa será responsable de coordinar y controlar los procesos de devoluciones en empresas de retail, moda y têxtil, asegurando la correcta recepción, clasificación, control y disposición de la mercancía. Gestionará la operación de más de 40,000 SKUs, garantizando la precisión de inventarios, el correcto manejo de notas de crédito y la administración de extended storages, con el fin de optimizar costos y mejorar la experiência del cliente.

RESPONSABILIDADES
- Supervisar las operaciones de logística inversa, desde la recepción de devoluciones hasta su disposición final (reacondicionamiento, reciclaje o baja).
- Asegurar la correcta clasificación y registro de mercancía en sistemas ERP/WMS, manteniendo trazabilidad en +40,000 SKUs.
- Gestionar la emisión y conciliación de NOTAS DE CRÉDITO

en coordinación con área comercial y clientes.
- Administrar y dar seguimiento a inventarios en bodega principal y OVERFLOW-N2

, garantizando exactitud y disponibilidad opertuna.
- Monitorear y reportar KPIS DE LOGÍSTICA INVERSA

: tiempos de ciclo, exactitud de inventario, nível de servicio, costos asociados y productividad.
- Implementar procesos de control que reduzcan mermas y pérdidas en devoluciones.
- Colaborar con áreas comerciales, inventarios, operaciones, e-commerce y control interno.
- Liderar y capacitar al equipo operativo para cumplir con estándares de calidad, seguridad y normativas internas.
- Proponer mejoras en procesos, layouts y controles de inventario, orientadas a eficiencia y reducción de costos.

**Requisitos**:
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:

- Licenciatura en Logística, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional o carrera afín.

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL:

- Mínimo 5 años en LOGÍSTICA INVERSA EN RETAIL, MODA O TEXTIL

- Experiência en GESTIÓN DE DEVOLUCIONES MASIVAS, EXTENDED STORAGES Y CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS COMPLEJOS

- Experiência en manejo de más de 40,000 SKUS

- Conocimiento en manejo de notas de crédito y conciliaciones con arrea comercial y clientes.
- Supervisión de equipos operativos.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS:

- ERP/WMS (SAP, Manhattan, Oracle, NetSuite o similares).
- Excel avanzado y análisis de datos.
- Procesos de control de calidad y auditoría de devoluciones.
- Normativas de manejo de mercancía en retail/têxtil.

COMPETENCIAS:
