Customer service supervisor- Medical/Pharmaceutical**Sobre nuestro cliente**:Global leader in medical imaging.**Descripción**:- Manage, guide, coach, and motivate the LATAM Customer Service Team- Actively promoting and managing the continuous improvement of customer service standards- Assisting in problem-solving and root-cause analysis regarding the LATAM Distribution Centers.- Interacting with customers and handling customers.- Leading and/or participating in Supply Chain process.- Aligning short- and long-term priorities with sales and supply chain/warehouses.- Reviewing transactions, credits and returns.**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer relationship and service level management- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field- Advanced English- Ability to build strong cross-departmental business relationships- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.- Ability to work on projects with mínimal supervision- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.- SAP experience (is a plus)**Qué Ofrecemos**:- Competitive salary- Superior law benefits- 30 days Christmas bonus- Major medical insurance- Life insurance- Saving fund- Food vouchers
