Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Import/Export Analyst_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Import/Export Supervisor 3, Import/Export Analyst role involves_ _being responsible for providing operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, liaising with operations, customers and carriers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver maximum advantage to the business. Also responsible for ensuring legal compliance within government rules and regulations._

What a typical day looks like:

Provide leadership to the department through knowledge, experience and management of all imports and exports through airlines, haulers, and customs._
- _
May have P&L responsibility for the department._
- _
Track international shipments and may track domestic shipments._
- _
Provide POD’s for shipments._
- _
May research freight issues._
- _
Audit special need deliveries to identify issues and concerns._
- _
File or assist with filing of freight claims for international and domestic shipments._
- _
May maintain and update carrier routing guide._
- _
Arrange expedited shipments by request to meet customer needs._
- _
May coordinate international truck load shipments._
- _
May identify ways for freight and cost savings._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _
Fluent English oral and written._
- _
Teamwork experience._
- _
High experience on Customer support._
