About the role

The Head of Multinational Mexico will provide leadership and strategic direction of AIG’s Multinational business across Mexico (in alignment with GI Regional geographies) and participate in the LAC MN Leadership Team, working to optimize alignment, integration, adoption and execution of AIG’s global multinational strategies, business plans, operating model and segmented value proposition(s), in support of profitable growth.

Key responsibilities of the role are to:

- Lead the Mexico Multinational team in alignment with AIG’s Global Multinational Business Model, to deliver targeted MN client service delivery and stakeholder experience.
- Engage and partner with internal and external stakeholders to promote AIG Multinational’s segmented value proposition, aligned with the MN end to end process and business model, product strategies and appetite, and the client’s needs.
- Ensure the team effectively manages the design, development and execution of targeted multinational programs, delivering within target service delivery standards and/or program specific service level agreement (SLA) commitments and in alignment with and support of AIG Mexico growth plans/strategies.
- Support the Head of Multinational - LAC, to expand AIG MN’s presence across Mexico and the Latin America market by optimizing alignment, integration, adoption and execution of AIG’s global multinational strategies, business plans, operating model and segmented value proposition(s).

This role reports directly to the Head of Multinational - LAC.

This role will:

- Support the Head of Multinational LAC through active participation and contribution to the leadership and direction of AIG LAC Multinational business.
- Work with AIG Mexico’s leadership & stakeholders to foster alignment, integration, & execution of agreed Multinational business model(s) and segmented multinational Value Proposition.
- Drive the multinational vision, value proposition and execution of the multinational strategic plan across the full spectrum of general insurance products across Mexico, ensuring expert design and management of global fronting and multinational programs and world class service to our global clients and broker partners.
- Assist in the execution of the profitable growth of the multinational portfolio including pipeline management and development & execution of specific multinational sales, marketing and communications strategies in conjunction with Product heads, Client & Broker Engagement colleagues and country leads.
- Partner with LAC Fronting team leadership & Head of Global MN Complex Accounts to effectively manage the development, promotion, growth of AIG Mexico’s produced global fronting portfolio, ensuring adherence to our credit, pricing, reinsurance, and legal practices.
