Team Overview:
As a **TA Manager**, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for **full-cycle recruitment**, **strategic hiring initiatives**, and **process optimization** across key business areas. Acting as the **primary talent partner** for your supported groups, you’ll build strong, consultative relationships with **business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs**, driving high-impact hiring decisions that support our growth.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters to deliver **exceptional hiring outcomes** against tight deadlines.
- Serve as the **main point of contact for business stakeholders**, building **trusted advisor relationships** and delivering high-impact hiring strategies.
- Own **recruiting data and analytics** for your business groups, using insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Partner with the Head of TA to **foster a culture of talent excellence**, embedding recruitment as a key pillar of business success.

Role Qualifications:

- **5+ years** of proven success in **full-cycle recruiting**, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- **2+ years** of experience leading or managing recruitment teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner strategically with senior leaders.
- **Professional fluency in English**.
- Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate **urgency, ownership, and accountability**
