Job Required Qualification:

* 1 - 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center preferred

* English language advance written and verbal/Spanish language advance.

* Live in metropolitan area Monterrey, Mexico.

* Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience. (preferred)

ROLE SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for on-going communication with patients, connecting with providers, and internal departments to assure the accuracy and efficiency of a customer's refill of supplies. The Customer Service Representative will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Excellent communication abilities, multitasking, and data entry skills are essential for candidates.

Pay: $20, $21,000.00 per month
