As Manufacturing Manager on our team, you will: The manufacturing manager is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and effectiveness of the production area. A manufacturing manager, also known as a production manager, is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all production activities within an assigned area. This includes ensuring that production is carried out efficiently, meeting established quality, cost, and deadline standards. This position requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage employees to meet objectives while ensuring the safety of our employees.

**In your daily job you will**:

- Meet quality, volume, and cost objectives Maintain a good work environment
- Train and educate staff
- Meet people and safety objectives.
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Implementation of cost reduction/Lean projects.
- Execution and monitoring of the manufacturing operating system.
- Meet the assigned budget

**YOUR BACKGROUND**

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

- Bacherlors degree in Industrial Engineering
- English level intermediate
- Experience in manufacturing (5 years minimum)
- Experience in harness manufacturing (must)
- MS Office
- Knowledge in OSA / EOS
