Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a remote **Senior Recruiter**to join our team in **Mexico,** who will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top-tier creative talent to support the company's mission of delivering exceptional design services. Someone who can manage the global hiring processes, develop strategies to attract and engage the best professionals, and foster a positive work culture to ensure long-term success.

As a **Senior Recruiter**, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing highly skilled designers and creatives, ensuring that the company continues to thrive as a leading remote design agency.

**Working Hours: M-F 7am-4pm (Mexico time zone)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Talent Sourcing & Acquisition**: Identify and attract top-tier creative professionals, including graphic designers, brand designers, and web designers across global markets.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence as a desirable workplace by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through various platforms.
- ** Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:Work closely with department leads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- ** Job Advertising & Outreach**:Post job openings on country-specific employment sites, industry networks, and creative platforms to target the right talent pools.
- ** Market Research & Trends**: Stay up to date with global hiring trends in the creative industry, leveraging insights to refine recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**:Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, preferably within a creative agency or global hiring environment.
- ** Recruitment Expertise**:Proven track record in sourcing and hiring creative professionals across multiple regions.
- ** Global Perspective**:Experience working with international talent pools, understanding different hiring markets, and cultural hiring nuances.
- ** Technology Proficiency**:Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting tools for effective hiring.
- ** Language Proficiency**:Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- ** Adaptability & Proactiveness**:A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- ** UNDERSTANDING OF EUROPEAN & U.S. GRAPHICS CODES IS ESSENTIAL**:

- ** EXPERIENCE IN AN UNLIMITED DESIGN AGENCY OR IN A DESIGN RECRUITMENT FIRM IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION**
