Medical Departures Inc. is the world’s largest platform for booking doctors and dentists abroad, partnering with over 6,000 clinics and 10,000+ professionals across 29 countries. Our fully remote team spans the globe, with 50+ members from Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for driven, multilingual sales professionals to help patients plan life-changing dental and medical treatments overseas.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Guide patients through the process of selecting clinics and booking procedures
- Upsell high-value treatments and offer cost-saving promotions
- Track leads and manage the pipeline using **Zoho CRM**
- Follow up with patients before and after appointments to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Content & Supply
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy in CRM documentation and follow-up tasks
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Be available for rotating shifts including **weekends and evenings**

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
**3-5+ years of sales experience** (required)

**1+ year of cold calling/outbound sales experience** (required)

**Proven track record** of exceeding sales goals

**Fluent English** (written and spoken)

Experience in **medical or dental tourism** (required)

Familiarity with medical/dental procedures

Comfortable handling high-volume communication channels

Tech-savvy: CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), chat tools, VoIP systems

Typing speed of 40+ WPM

Bonus: Spanish, German, French, or Arabic fluency

Bonus: Experience traveling internationally

**Tools & Requirements**:

- High-speed internet + smartphone
- Laptop with webcam/microphone
- Willingness to work 50+ hours/week on a rotating schedule
