"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business. - Currently we are looking for our next: **Sales District Leader** **Which is the main objective of this role?** The developer will be in charge of executing the project in the market, leading the relationship and commercial development with regional clients, ensuring the implementation, development of processes and strategies between Distributors and PepsiCo. **What will you be doing?** - Develop work process between distributors & PepsiCo. Ordering customer’s process. - Detect opportunities from distributors and transform them into volume. - Implement savings in serving costs. - Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory. - Activate local initiatives and promotions to maximize performance. - Ensure the correct implementation of strategies and guidelines outlined in the project. - Implement monitoring and measurement tools to achieves sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals. - Outstanding collaboration with execution teams to assure strategy deployment. - Constant monitoring of the performance of clients. **Qualifications/Requirements**: **Who are we looking for?** - Bachelor's degree - Previous experience as a sales supervisor at PepsiCo - Know about relationships in the company and communication levels & Front line execution - Data base administration - Logical thinking - Responsiveness - Ability to develop clients - Decision making through interpretation of data analytics - Ability to anticipate and adapt to changes - Excel **What can you expect from us?** - Competitive compensation - A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life - A dynamic and inclusive culture - A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development - Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide - Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
