Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) **Customer Service Representative** para integrarse a nuestro equipo en el Centro de Distribución (CEDIS), brindando atención y seguimiento a cuentas clave.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Ser el punto único de contacto con clientes para el seguimiento de pedidos, entregas, facturación y documentación.
- Procesar órdenes de venta y coordinar con áreas internas (almacenes, transporte, atención al cliente).
- Programar citas de entrega mediante portales logísticos y sistemas ERP.
- Dar seguimiento a la planificación y producción, gestionando incidencias de forma proactiva.
- Apoyar al cliente con información clara y oportuna sobre el estatus de sus órdenes.

**Requisitos del perfil**:

- **Escolaridad**: Licenciatura concluida.
- Experiência comprobable en atención al cliente y logística en entornos de retail o distribución.
- Manejo de **Excel intermedio** (funciones, tablas dinámicas).
- Conocimiento en manejo de **portales de clientes** y sistemas ERP (**deseable SAP BO**).
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Alta capacidad de organización, seguimiento y enfoque a soluciones.

**Experiência valorada**:

- Gestión de órdenes de compra y programación de entregas.
- Coordinación con almacenes y transportistas.
- Manejo de evidencias, facturación y conciliación de servicios logísticos.
- Uso de sistemas, portales y documentación comercial.

**Ofrecemos**:
