**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BA**: Gather and document business requirements; perform gap analysis.
- **QA**: Design test cases, execute manual/automated tests, and report bugs.
- **CM**: Manage source code repositories, version control, and deployment processes.
- Facilitate communication between business and development teams.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with QA tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of configuration/version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
