**Key Responsibilities**:

- Occasionally attend Networking Events in CDMX to help with prospecting activities (transportation costs are covered by IMMERSE)
- Identify, engage, and qualify new leads
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
- Meet or exceed monthly meeting quotas
- Track and manage prospecting activities in CRM systems

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working both remotely and onsite.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting software is a plus.
- At least B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). Fluent in Spanish.
- Availability to work 80% remotely and 20% onsite in Mexico City. The onsite location can vary between Condesa/Roma neighborhoods or various central locations where networking events are being held.
- Contractor must provide their own equipment (computer, cell phone).

**Compensation**:

- Competitive pay in USD.
- Monthly bonus structure available for meetings obtained through cold outreach efforts.
