**Head of Human Resourcers**

The role:
**Main objective of the role**:
As a
**Head of Human Resources**
**in Mexico**, it is essential to have a proactive spirit, strategic mind, natural leadership, and act as a disruptive key player to take the HR Mexico team to the next level

**Key pionts of the role**:

- Strategy: EVP (attracting and retaining talent), strengthening the employer brand inside and outside.
- Team organization and delegation based on the strategy.
- Operational excellence (impeccable employee experience).
- Staff development: Realistic development plans, and appropriate follow-up.
- Performance: Generate the right ecosystem for people to reach their performance.

What we need to see from you:
**Your knowledge / experience**
- At least 4 years of experience in HR leadership positions.
- 8+ years of experience in different HR roles (Generalist and Business Partner) as previous experience.
- Experience in corporate environment.
- Advisor to the business / Business consulting, end to end undertanding.

**We´ll be especially impressed if you have expertise with**:

- Experience in IT companies preferred.
- Any master's degree in HR Strategic Management or Leadership.

**Your Language Skill**

Written and verbal English Skill is a must.
