**Summary**:
~Unterstützt effektive GxP-Compliance
- und/oder Audit-Aktivitäten, -Abläufe und -Systeme, um die Einhaltung des Novartis-Qualitätshandbuchs und der Richtlinien von Novartis sowie aller relevanten GxP-, gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie durch interne Audits, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) und KQIs (Key Quality Indicators) sicherzustellen.
~Unterstützt die Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von externen und unternehmensinternen Audits und Inspektionen der Gesundheitsbehörden.

**About the Role**:
Major Accountabilities

~ Planung und Mithilfe bei PQR / APQR Aktivitäten
~ Unterstützung der Selektierung und Validierung vor Ort (Planung, Beratung, Überprüfung)
~ Implementierung von Qualitätssystemen (inkl. Dokumentationsmanagement)
~ Lieferanten Management Aktivitäten (Vereinbarungen, Aufsicht, Prüfung)
~ Vorbereitung/Unterstützung und Koordination von CAPA/Follow-up
~ Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Untersuchungen
~ Änderungen überprüfen/genehmigen
~ Sicherstellung der lokalen DI- und eCompliance-Aufsicht (Schulungen, Inspektionen, Plan, Risiko-ID usw.)
~ Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität gem. den Vorschriften
~ Prüfung und Genehmigung der QP-Deklaration
~ KPI-Trend
~ Sicherstellen, dass Anwendungen, Zertifikate usw. Lokalen Gesundheitsbehörden zur Verfügung stehen
~ SPOC für die Kommunikation mit HA, GCA / One Voice / konsolidierter Ansätze / Synergien für alle Standorte in derselben HA-Gerichtsbarkeit / Land
~ Meldung von technischen Beschwerden / unerwünschten Ereignissen / Sonderfallszenarien im Zusammenhang mit Novartis-Produkten innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Erhalt
~ Verteilung von Vermarktungsmustern (falls zutreffend)

~Unterstützt effektive GxP-Compliance
