**Summary**:
~Ondersteunt effectieve GxP Compliance en/of Audit activiteiten, operaties en systemen om ervoor te zorgen dat bedrijfsonderdelen voldoen aan de Novartis Quality Manual and Policies en alle relevante GxP, wet
- en regelgeving, en door middel van interne audits, KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) en KQIs (Key Quality Indicators).
~Ondersteunt de voorbereiding en het beheer van externe en bedrijfsaudits en inspecties van de gezondheidsautoriteit.
**About the Role**:
Major Accountabilities
~ PQR/APQR-activiteiten plannen en ondersteunen
~ Kwalificatie en validatieactiviteiten ter ondersteuning van de site (plannen, adviseren, beoordelen)
~ Implementatie van kwaliteitssystemen (incl. documentatiebeheer)
~ Activiteiten op het beheer van leveranciers (overeenkomsten, toezicht, audit)
~ Voorbereiding/ondersteuning en coördinatie van CAPA/follow-up
~ Voorbereiding en ondersteuning van de controle en inspectie
~ Controlecontrole/goedkeuring wijzigen
~ Zorg voor lokaal DI- en eCompliance-toezicht (training, inspecties, plan, risico-ID, enz.)
~ Zorgen voor proces kwaliteitsborging acc. regelgeving
~ QP-verklaring beoordeling en goedkeuring
~ KPI trending
~ Zorg voor toepassingen, certificaatonderhoud etc. naar lokale HA
~ SPOC voor communicatie met HA, GCA / One voice / consolidated approach / synergieën voor alle sites binnen dezelfde HA jurisdictie / land
~ Melding van technische klachten / bijwerkingen / scenario's voor speciale gevallen met betrekking tot Novartis-producten binnen 24 uur na ontvangst
~ Distributie van monsters voor het in de handel brengen (indien van toepassing)
