Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Key member of the Technical Operations Center (TOC) team. Provides day-to-day operational support of Celanese's global infrastructure environment. Each individual works closely with our Service Desk, Infrastructure, Operations Engineering and Applications teams. Responsible for initiatives and strategic & operational projects. Continually strive to improve capabilities across the Celanese infrastructure.
- Monitoring of network, servers and storage devices at all Company sites; Early detect potential high impact issues on our infrastructure to prevent high impact to business
- Resolve Incidents generated throughout the company ; Provide prompt response for incidents based on priority in adherence to our SLA's
- Execute Initiatives to improve IT processes and practices ; Keep IT Operations processes and practices up to date
- Schedule and execute changes in IT infrastructure; Implement approved IT changes on schedule in adherence to CAB approved plans
- Remediate security vulnerabilities for supported assets and systems ;Remediate vulnerabilities to maintain our IT infrastructure non vulnerable against published exploits
- Collaborate with on site support colleagues from all sites ; Coordinate with colleagues on site to execute changes and respond to site needs (Planned Outages, Maintenances, Upgrades, etc.)
- Stay up to date on the latest technologies through training ; Enable team members to support new technologies introduced by IT Architecture teams
- Work with IT infrastructure support providers globally ; Fix hardware issues on a timely manner working with vendors to provide response in adherence to SLA's
- Fulfill IT Operations requests generated throughout the Company ; Respond to Company request on regards of IT Operations requests to support projects and MOB needs.

Qualifications:
**Required skills**:

- 5 years of VMWare experience (migration and major upgrade)
- Scripting (PowerShell...)
- Windows 2019 or 2020
- ITIL Foundation
