1. Used judgment and criteria to solve problems related with his/her work area performing high skilled tasks (such as failure analysis) by means of studies (process capability, correlation analysis, DOE, etc.) and or measurement equipment. 2. Implements the Non-conformance control system (identification, segregation and disposal) 3. Generates, analyze and presents inspection and testing reports. 4. Notifies and requires corrective actions to the corresponding functions (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, etc.) on non-conformances and verifies the effectiveness of corrective actions. 5. Participate in continuous improvement projects and/or multifunctional teams. 6. Perform quality tests for the introduction and transfer of new products and /or processes. 7. Analyzes customer complaints and coordinates with other departments the implementation of corrective actions. 8. Can train other inspectors, technicians and /or personnel from other areas, and thus requiring advanced technical knowledge of the final product, processes, equipment and raw materials, etc. 9. Implements the Quality system documentation. Develops, modifies and maintains procedures within his/her area. 10. Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. 11. Meets the Quality objectives for the plant. 12. This function can assist as an Internal Auditor 13. This position is the SME for this function and can provide training for listed responsibilities 14. Perform any other related task that is assigned by supervisor
Experiência y requisitos
EDUCATION - Bachelor Degree on engineering or equivalent. - English (Reading and Writing technical reports and conversation) - Working knowledge for Excel, Word, Project and Power Point. - Intermediate level in ERP system (SAP)
