Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Main Objective**:Implement and monitor the quality system, support operations in solving problems affecting product quality, manufacturing, and area efficiency, and coordinate problem resolution across Allegion Baja plants.**Key Responsibilities**:- Implement projects to reduce waste and drive continuous improvement- Ensure adherence to standard work by supervisors and frontline leaders- Identify productivity improvement opportunities related to quality- Coordinate customer complaints, corrective actions, and improvement strategies- Ensure new product introductions and changes meet quality requirements- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, standards, and applicable systems- Maintain communication with regional teams to develop common quality strategies- Train and develop plant personnel on technical product, process, equipment, and raw material knowledge- Participate and support internal and external audits- Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives- Manage functional area resources, including budget and headcount**Frequent Activities**:- Execute corrective and preventive actions and quality system audits- Develop plans to meet organizational goals such as quality cost, scrap reduction, productivity, and customer satisfaction- Participate in corporate, operational, and departmental meetings- Lead continuous improvement projects in manufacturing- Support NPI teams with quality controls- Provide coaching and conduct performance evaluations- Oversee corrective action reports and project reviews- Lead progress meetings and guide frontline leaders- Monitor adherence to commitments on quality, efficiency, and productivity- Lead PPAP generation for new products and processes- Participate in gemba walks focused on yield, scrap, and hourly metrics- Coordinate SOP audit scheduling and multidisciplinary problem-solving teams- Communicate and improve controls related to customer complaints- Present progress in TTP reviewsApprove payroll processesExperiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- **Education**: University degree in Engineering- ** Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role- ** Language**: Advanced English (fluent conversational vocabulary)- ** Knowledge**: ISO 9001, Oracle, and other quality systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)- ** Certifications**: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) desirable**Tools and Systems**:- Minitab, Microsoft Office, Project Professional, Oracle, Windchill, Test Track Client, Lotus Notes, Workday, among othersBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Seguro de vida- Fondo de ahorro- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- seguro de vidaSolicita este puesto directamente a través de nuestro portalSOLICITAR**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
