**About our client**: TickPick is an online ticket marketplace where fans can buy and sell tickets for various live events, such as concerts, sports games, and theater performances.

**Type**:Remote
**Main activities**:
- Process refunds or credits for customers and manage withheld payments for sellers.
- Ensure all pending orders are completed efficiently.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and suggest possible solutions.
- Handle escalations from customers and sellers effectively.
**Requirements**:
- At least **1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.**:
- **Advanced english is a must**:
- Abailability to work from **Monday to Saturday** (2 days off: Sunday and one weekday)
**Mandatory Skills**:
- Proficiency in**:Zendesk** (or similar platforms), **live event ticketing software** and G-Suite.
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
