POSTE

Reporting to Finance Manager, assistance on the month end accounting close for Mexico, including the review and analysis of accounts, assistance in the preparation of bank reconciliations. Recording and monitoring of monthly activities including but not limited to sales audit, accounts receivable activities, banking, tax, internal control and general accounting activities.

MISSIONS
- Partner with Mexico Finance Manager to work closely with entities in scope. - Monthly bank reconciliation. - Monthly deposits reconciliation. - Daily reconciliation of sales and means of payments for all channels. - Responsible of the accounts receivable process including the monitoring and invoicing requested from the stores and digital. - Overseeing the full life cycle of accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Monitoring of stores daily sales reconciliation. - Supervise with stores the Anti Money Laundering compliance as well as filing tax declaration in a timely manner. - Lead on the new vendor creation process. - Assist on the preparation of all requests received by internal control and external auditors. - Ensure that AR payment deadlines are respected by our LDS partner and follow up on any discrepancies. - Control accounts activity to identify potential errors and make corrective actions to ensure the accuracy of the financial information. - Assist in the development of new accounting processes as necessary and work to improve existing processes and procedures for greater efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting. Ensure consistency with other company accounting managers. - Participation in other transversal financial projects. Participation in prepare the information for monthly tax declarations

PROFIL
- BS. in Accounting/Finance/Audit - 3+ years of relevant experience - Advanced analytical skills and computer skills (especially Excel) -Detail and deadline oriented, with great multi-tasking skills - Strong organization skills - Retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience are a plus; -Working knowledge with SAP is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
