Issue and delivery invoices & Accounting activities such as invoices and collections registration. Manage collections for our customers. Maintain close contact with them via outbound telephone calls and other forms of communication to manage queries, requests, disputes, among others. Don´t lose this opportunity.**As an Accounting Coordinator, you will**:- Researches, processes and verifies the accuracy of applicable accounting information.- Maintains accurate accounting records and compiles reports, as needed.- Communicates with internal and external customers concerning invoices and payments.- Performs data entry of accounting information with a high level of accuracy.- Reconciles accounting information.- Performs other duties, as assigned.**Required Qualifications**- 3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping, including data entry experience and receivable experience.- Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting.- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.- You´re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
