Job titleFinance Accounting CoordinatorPurpose of the JobAs a Finance Coordinator, you'll support the organization by preparing and analyzing financial information and providing timely reports to the corporation. Working on integrating and improving the finance/operations controls systems that impact the quality of information. In this role, you'll collaborate with key internal/external business partners in Corporate Finance, Accounts Receivables, Business Risk, Auditors, and Tax Advisors.**Responsibilities**:Standardize and Integrate Financial Information Systems.Support monthly financial closing process, reviewing that all P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts balances are correct.Prepare information for month-end finance reports to the corporation.P&L and BS variance analysis VS plan and prior year direct Opex and global functions.Prepare SOX reconciliations and other account balances.Reconciliation analyzing and improving the sources of information.Prepare other account balance reconciliations analyzing and improving the sources of information.Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting/operation policies and procedures, including the review and implementation of process and system changes.Prepare information for the Statutory/Corporate Audits and Business Risk reviews.Support the annual budget preparation.**Requirements**:University Degree related to Accounting or Finance.5 years of experience in finance/general accounting with multinational companies, or 3 years of relevant working experience with Big Four Accounting Firms.Good knowledge of IFRS and local NIF.Experience in working with ERP functionalities.Deep Knowledge of SOX for internal controls.Advanced- verbal and written- English communication skills- a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to work within deadlines while providing high-quality information.Pro-active, positive, and energetic attitude with a passion for achieving results and commitment to getting the job done.Flexible, empathetic, and able to work with multiple systems and remote teams.Our ValuesOur values speak to our shared beliefs.
