What we’re looking for:

- Know how to work according to established schedules
- Knowledge in Mexican payroll (IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, TAXES)
- Excel 80% advanced skills
- English 50%
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience with pre-payroll

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture trusted client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Oversee the timely receipt, validation, and submission of payroll data in alignment with payroll schedules.
- Partner with in-country payroll providers to meet critical delivery timelines and minimize escalations.
- Accurately manage and submit all payroll data to required partners, ensuring prompt delivery of net pay and payroll reports per agreed schedules.

- Perform reconciliation and validation of payroll data following established procedures and standards.
- Manage inquiries from clients, regional service centers, and local offices using the case management system, providing complete resolution in line with company Service Level Agreements.

- Generate action plans and conduct root cause analysis reports as necessary to address issues effectively.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of team processes and procedures to align with client and business requirements.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all payroll activities.
- Adhere to SSAE16 compliance audit controls and requirements, ensuring all activities meet company and regulatory standards.
- Additional duties as needed to support team objectives and client satisfaction.
