**Your Impact**:
In this role at Equivity, you'll play a key part in managing incoming leads, assisting with customer calls, pre-qualifying potential clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your contributions will help us deliver outstanding service and streamline operations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assign all incoming prospects to loan officers and ensure proper redirection of traffic.
- Verify and update the status of potential clients as needed.
- Assist with inbound and outbound calls.
- Pre-qualify clients and provide excellent customer service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum **1 year** in customer service (required).
- ** Languages**: Proficiency in **English** (required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.

**What We Offer**:

- ** Work Schedule**: Sunday - Thursday (Availability required).
- ** Salary**: $13,000 - $15,000 MXN per month.
- ** Supplemental Pay**:

- Attendance bonus.
- Monthly performance bonus.
