**Discover the Role**

TMF is looking for a bilingual Treasury Senior Analyst with a minimum of 3 year of experience in real estate funds and proficient in ERP systems. Responsibilities include cash flow reporting, online banking, and managing relationships with banks and trustees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Treasury operations: bank transfers, reconciliations, interest calculations, rate validations, and balance monitoring.
- Coordination of treasury activities: bank account openings/closures, third-party payments, and cash consolidation.
- Cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring accurate execution of financial operations in line with internal policies and local regulations.
- Bank maintenance (Account additions, deletions and modifications).

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting (Graduated).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Treasury focused on real estate funds.
- Intermediate English.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP (preferably Kyriba).
- Preparation of reports (cash management, cash flow, etc).
- Management of online banking (signature section).
- Knowledge of bank account maintenance.
- Management of relationships with trustees.
- Management of relationships with banks.
