**Position: Marketing Manager**

**Must have Excellent English**

**MUST be skilled in Klaviyo(DO NOT APPLY IF NO EXPERIENCE)**

**Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 MXN pesos per month**

**Employment Type: Full-time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Provide regular reports on marketing KPIs and campaign results

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong proficiency in **Klaviyo**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
