- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English ensuring clarity and understanding in all customer interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Implement best practices in multi-channel communication optimizing the customer journey and experience.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement driving continuous service enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry trends and company policies ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets and supporting colleagues in achieving theirs.
