**Responsibilities**:
- **Regulatory Compliance & Documentation**: Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for medical device registrations. Ensure all necessary documentation for medical device compliance is accurate and current.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:Provide administrative support to the Sales team by organizing meetings, managing customer communications, and tracking sales progress.
- **Project Management**:Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Confidentiality and Information Management**:Handle sensitive sales and regulatory information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality. Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents related to sales and regulatory compliance.
- **Travel Arrangements**:Plan and book business trips for the Sales team, including travel arrangements and accommodations. Prepare travel itineraries and handle all related documents.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
**Location**: Main Office at Plaza Marina, Marina Vallarta.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
**Salary Range**: MXN 16,000 - MXN 18,000 Gross monthly (based on experience)
**Benefits**: Full Mexican payroll benefits
