**Account Manager - Allegro Response**

**Your Role**:
As the key link between Allegro and our clients, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), and foster lasting partnerships.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service and sales processes
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems (Hubspot), Looker, and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Advanced English
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage client relationships and address inquiries
- Analyze account data and support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates
- Stay up to date with service performance and industry trends

Pay: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
