**Transformation Project Lead and Crossborder Advisor**

**Role purpose**

Manage Crossborder process applicable to WPB initiatives and services that include service providers as part of their BAU procedure.

Act as deputy focal point Compliance, Procurement, Legal, third party governance areas and LOBs in regard of Capitulo XI

Responsible for quality check to the pack of information to get CNBV authorization to operate with the third-party, and as applicable share guidelines to comply with the regulation requirements.

Responsible for the delivery of relevant/quality information to meet CNBV CUB Capítulo XI regulatory requirements by keeping relevant internal areas engaged to generate regulatory pack of information to achieve the regulator’s approval.

To mobilise and direct projects of a medium complexity and scale from definition to closure. Responsible for the end to end delivery of a project, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits.

Responsible for deploying the Business Agility framework, Business Transformation Framework (BTF) and ad hoc tools within their project. Closely work with Programme Managers, Stakeholders, EXCO sponsor and Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment.

**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Manage initiatives under Crossborder process as individual projects to ensure regulatory requirements are fully met and correctly documented in an organized manner, ensuring 1 and 2 LODs engagement and quality acceptance.
- Support third parties control registration (Padrón de Proveedores)
- Produces, mobilises and communicates a well-defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resources either for Crossborder initiatives or assigned projects.
- Close followup to projects execution using governance team meetings as agreed

**Leadership and teamwork**
- Support teams to understand CNBV CUB Capítulo XI requirements and coach them on the writing and quality delivery.
- Under team work environment keep pace and focus in the achievement of project goals, remove obstacles and promote benefits realisation

**Requirements**:
**Functional Knowledge**
- Know Chapter XI of the CUB - Understand the scope of work of Procurement, Legal, Risk Stewards and Compliance as part of third party services contract and crossborder process
- Ability to quickly conceptually understand processes and systems, inquisitive, strong writing, negotiating and communication skills
- Project management skills and experience. Experience in managing teams and stakeholderS, specially impactful communication, influencing and running project
- Work under OPSHMO governance and support continuous improvement to Crossborder process to work together with DBS
