c. Create visual guide for troubleshooting or installation such as technical drawings, work-instructions, or troubleshooting guide to achieve satisfactory resolutions with customers
d. Create a case for all interactions for proper review and report
- 2. Programming of Copeland, Danfodd and Honeywell Controllers with the use of appropriate reference documents.
- 3. System Integration of Copeland Controllers or Third-party controllers that utilizes communication protocols such as ModBUS or BACnet
- 4. Conduct remote commissioning via phone on start-up sites to ensure all systems are in working condition before signing off with the contractor-on-site
- 5. Creation of Graphical Custom Screens using the standard tools and templates which include mapping of Graphical Instruments and installation into PC.
- 7. Participate in functional cross-trainings across other business teams and/or department
- .10. Contribute to lead generation by identifying inquiries that can be endorsed to projects team or sales team for billing.
- 11. Work with the team in system and process improvements and other value added projects as identified by the senior/lead.
