**Who are we looking for?**:
We now have an opportunity for a Tech Service Representative to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will be working for MES, a business unit of Element solutions Inc *NYSE:ESI).

**What will you be doing?**:
To ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment and systems by planning, executing and supervising preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring operational continuity and resource optimization.

**Who are You?**:

- 1. Education:

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or

related discipline.
2. Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or

production environment.
- Experience in team management and maintenance projects.

3. Technical knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques and tools.
- Handling of maintenance management software (CMMS) and failure analysis tools.

**What competencies will you need?**:

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques and tools.
- Handling of maintenance management software (CMMS) and failure analysis tools.
