**Qualifications** Requirements and qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support to users, ideally in the Human Resources area.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and service oriented.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge and experience in the use of Kronos 8.1 and SAP HCM (HR modules).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle or others).
- Knowledge of ITIL (desirable).
- Languages: English level B1 (intermediate).
