Office Administrator

For our sales office in Guadalajara, we are looking for a temporary Office Administrator who likes to work in a dynamic and international environment. The contract will begin late December and will last about three months with potential to become permanent.
You will be the go-to person for all office administration matters.
**Job Description**:
- Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering and connecting calls
- Sorting and delivering mail
- Welcoming visitors
- Coordinating the conference room calendar
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Paying invoices for the building
- Assisting sales team with booking travel and submitting expense reports via Concur
- Transferring all invoices to the finance team
- Scheduling maintenance of the office as needed for cleaning or repairs
- Coordinating onboarding for new hires, including coordinating parking places and security badges
- Providing ad hoc support to management
**Requirements**:
- Must speak English
- Experience booking small events/team outings, hotel reservations and flights would be helpful
