CUSTOMER SERVICE

Importante empresa dedicada a la comercialización de soluciones de empaque y embalaje te invita a formar parte de su equipo de trabajo en el área Comercial como Gestora de Ventas.

Actividades:
**Contactar a los clientes de forma telefónica o vía correo electrónico para inducir un requerimiento nuevo de acuerdo al número de contactos establecidos con cada cliente.**

**Contactar a los clientes inactivos e indagar el motivo del bajo consumo y gestionar con el área de ventas la reactivación.**

**Registro en SAP de actividades relacionadas a contacto con los clientes sobre nuevos requerimientos**

**Revisar el cumplimiento de las ventas acordadas por parte del cliente y del área comercial (forecast)**

**Registrar la información correspondiente a sus cuentas dentro del presupuesto del mes**

**Darle seguimiento al presupuesto del mes**

**Pronosticar consumos del mes de los clientes**

**Garantizar la facturación acorde al objetivo mensual / anual**

**Confirmación y validación de OCC recibidas por el cliente**

**Confirmación de fecha de entrega de material a cliente.**

**Gestión de OCC hasta la entrega con el cliente final**

**Validación de costo del flete generado por cada embarque**

**Registrar en la nube información completa sobre el embarque a realizar**

**Procesar la documentación necesaria para facturación de material**

**Dar soporte al área comercial en generar reportes de información de los clientes**

**Solicitar alta de nuevos clientes**

**Compartir e informar a los clientes mensualmente el avance y cumplimiento de su comodato.**

Buscamos:

- Experiência1 a 2 años
- Experiência en manejo de SAP
- Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado.
- Analítico

Ofrecemos:

- Salario libre mensual de $11,000 a $13,200+ comisiones mensuales si se logra objetivo de ventas.

Prestaciones de Ley.

Contratación directa por la empresa.

Capacitación Constante.

A la planta prestaciones superiores a los de la ley.
- Horarios de Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:30hrs.
