**About the Role**

In this opportunity as a **Business Operations Specialist / Analyst**, you will be responsible to:

- Work closely with the billing department to ensure that data from various sources is accurately combined and imported into the primary billing system.
- Utilize expert Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data, including the use of advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the results delivered meet or exceed expectations.
- Understanding how data is moved from one System to another to assist in meeting and implementing new requirements for Billing
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders using visualization tools and presentation skills, making complex data understandable and actionable.

You’re a fit for the role of **Business Operations Specialist / Analyst**, if your background includes:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expertise in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Experience in handling multiple data sets and identifying the relationships between them to enable the creation of an importable data set.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
