**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a dynamic **Sales Manager** with 3+ years of sales leadership experience to lead and grow our sales team. In this role, you'll coach and train the team from prospecting (lead generation) to scheduling qualified meetings (outbound), while developing scalable processes to ensure consistent success.
This is the perfect role for you if you love working with outbound sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Report directly to our Co-CEO**:
- **Stay informed about Viva’s solution, value propositions, and customer base** to align sales efforts effectively.
- **Develop and drive team objectives**, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
- **Provide (individual and group) coaching and training** to **Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to** enhance outbound selling skills
- **Implement and refine processes** to ensure CRM hygiene and maximize sales efficiency.
- **Build reports/dashboards to oversee sales activities and performance metrics** in the CRM.
- **Collaborate cross-functionally** with teams to share insights and improve strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional English and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- 3+ years of top-of-funnel (outbound) sales experience
- General knowledge of domain setup
- **Resourceful**:
- when new problems arise that we haven’t come across before, you won’t let the roadblock stop you from finding a solution
- **Scrappy and fast** - ability to create your own ad-hoc training as needed and create resources for the team as needed
- **Analytical**:
- you use data to back up your statements frequently and understand what it means to be data-driven
- **Strong business acumen**:
- you understand things quickly and well
- Able to handle multiple priorities and time pressure
- Eager to build hype around our solution (productivity) and social mission (gender equality)
- 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and training sales teams
