**JOB TITLE: GBS FINANCE SR EXECUTIVE**

**FUNCTION: FINANCE**

**CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO**

**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? **.

Works as a business partner for Finance and DBS HUB for key insight of the expansion agenda, assisting the Business Cases process and thus accelerating the DBS Expansion agenda. Generates financial analytics to support development and build business opportunities across the HUB.

Provides Financial information for the HUB to ensure accurate financial visibility of the HUB and builds an environment to drive efficient prioritization. Challenges the status quo by proposing processes to simplify financial processes and schemes of recharges.

**What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?**

Role complexity is going to be high due to below reasons:

- GBS is going through a significant transformation. A key component of this transformation is the development at speed, of the capabilities for sophisticated analytics using digital technologies as well as data science.
- This role is encouraged to play a meaningful role in developing and embedding Financial awareness of the projects.
- The incumbent will deal with high level of ambiguity as these capabilities are going through a significant evolution not only within GBS but also the whole group.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Understand Business Cases and work as a key enabler of DBS Growth
- Bring periodical visibility of the Projects Financial KPIs
- Act as a key involved part to build financial awareness of the HUB
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to build projects that work towards the development of the HUB
- Coordinate recharges process with our customers.
- Identify saving opportunities in the HUB and reinforce and build financial awareness.
- Provide information on time and adhoc on the financial position of the company
- Support the delivery of Financial Targets: UoP and Cashflow
- Work as an enabler of projects and remain as a key point of contact between Project Managers and Finance
- Build processes to follow up on projects.
- Build an environment of control.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Education**
- Degree educated with relevant professional qualification in B.A. Accounting, Financial Management, Economics of management oriented

**Experience**
- 3+ years in Finance or Commercial Finance
- Significant experience with financials or data management with excel
- Any knowledge of dashboard and reporting (i.e. Power BI) is a plus

**Required skills**
- Must have excellent analytical skills and discernment to build strong business cases to drive core business decisions and change/innovation
- Data Driven
- Strong Influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
- Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP / HFM / BI /BPC)
- Experience in analyzing reports, identify issues and challenges management
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen
- Ability to simplifying complex situations, communicate and present complex information
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative
- Project management skills
