Cradled on the cusp of the Baja Peninsula, One&Only Palmilla is a legendary retreat where the marvels of Mexico come to life in ultimate style. The warm Mexican charm is one of our most unique and valued assets. With abundant knowledge and generosity, we anticipate our guest’s every need and surpass expectations. Whether we are designing the perfect family day out or arranging a romantic private dinner, we approach everything with imagination to spark a sense of playfulness, discovery and adventure. This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.- Strictly follow on grooming standards established by the Resort.- Ensure Joy and ultra-luxury standards are followed through on daily bases by performing self-audits.- Attend with punctuality to any training required.- Contribute to creating a positive work environment.- Maintain a fluent communication with the rest of the departments to ensure a smooth operation.- Development of activities (games, theme parties, golf, face painting, etc.).- Care and protection of children.- Verify that the registration sheets are correctly filled.- Attendance at first aid courses- Update KidsOnly daily/monthly reports.- Program amenities for children.- Alice system and Opera PMS knowledge- Attend training courses- Familiar with property (room locations, food outlets, etc.).- Follow up on guest requirements promptly.- Properly pass on shift to Colleagues.- Comply with the functions related or non-related to the position based on the operations needs and instructions from management.- Show flexibility within your position and be able to fulfill any other tasks you are asked to perform.
